We’ve lined up three awesome groups to entertain you all morning and afternoon long:
Specializes in a smooth style of contemporary grass based largely on songs written by Carroll, supported by bandmates Dale Thomas on banjo, Scott Tackett on guitar, Chaston Carroll on mandolin, and now Russell back on bass. Described as new, traditional bluegrass music, high impact, hard driving, taking the curves on two wheels kind of bluegrass. Bluegrass Unlimited 2018 #1 group, 2018 Album of the Year, “Hillbilly Heroes,” 2018 Song of the Year, “Hillbilly Heroes,” 2018 Instrumental Group of the Year and 2018 Banjo Player of the Year group.
Bobby Maynard and Breakdown
A three-man Bluegrass band based in Huntington, West Virginia. A versatile group of musicians, all are multi-instrumentalists who know how to entertain an audience and are sure to be a hit! Bobby Maynard has been the leader and heartbeat of the band since its inception. Bobby plays banjo, fiddle, mandolin, guitar, and bass; sings lead and harmony; and writes original material. He won first place in the WV State Banjo Contest in 2000. Bobby is joined by Wes Jeffers who plays guitar and mandolin and sings baritone. Jason Jeffers plays bass and sings lead and tenor.
Black Powder Express
Based out of Salyersville in Magoffin County, Kentucky, they play traditional style music along with their own original material written by members of the group. Their unique sound sets them apart in their own right.
Brunch is served by Buddy’s Clubhouse Grill and includes:
